The research and development team of AGOR Company, using the knowledge and expertise of Iranian engineers and analyzing the structural performance of the discontinuity joint based on Iran’s seismic parameters and in compliance with global standards, designed and produced new types of form and performance of profiles covering the discontinuity joint, which corrects the weaknesses of foreign models.
The result of this local effort is the design and production of 24 dedicated profiles in different situations and applications, a reduction in the cost price (about 30% of the price of foreign models), a change in the pace of the aluminum industry, significant job creation, and ultimately the elimination of the need for foreign competitors’ products.
