Application of Series O Expansion Joint Cover Profiles

Agor Company’s Series O profiles are designed for covering expansion joints in exterior spaces, specifically roofs and surrounding areas (site/landscape).
Given that the installation location of these profiles is exposed to various weather conditions, all necessary measures have been taken to prevent water from penetrating the empty space of the expansion joint. If, for any reason, water and ambient moisture manage to pass through the visible layers of the profile and reach the waterproofing layer, it is directed to the building’s drainage system via the built-in water drainage system.
In the design of the buried site profile (OSB), all conditions such as the high weight of soil, variable live loads, and the effects of soil and plant fertilizer on aluminum have been taken into consideration. Another type of this profile, depending on the architectural conditions of the site, can also be installed in the area of raised floors on site.
