SFOC profiles are designed for covering seismic joints between the floor and wall in exterior spaces, and especially in corners. This product is manufactured using anodized aluminum 6063, which has high resistance to weather conditions such as rain and sunlight, and can cover joints with a width of 10 to 50 cm. The main components of this system include an aluminum body, a flexible rubber seal strip, HDPE spacers, and stainless steel connections.
The advanced waterproofing system of this profile, using special rubber seal strips, prevents moisture penetration and has the capability to withstand thermal movements up to 30 mm and seismic movements up to 250 mm. SFOC is installed flush-mounted and, with its special design, is very suitable for exterior spaces such as terraces, building entrances, and public areas.
